Ibaraki is the northern limit in Japan for where sweet persimmons can be produced. They are cultivated in many places in the prefecture. The most common area is in the southern part of the prefecture, and in the Yasato district of Ishioka city. These fruits have been given to the imperial family every year since 1955.

茨城的柿子种植历史悠久,以县南为中心广泛种植,尤其是石岡市八乡地区生产的柿子由于其品质优良,从1956年起就被选为向皇室进贡的贡品。

秋天的日本,應該很難不注意到亮橘色的水果—柿子。茨城縣所生產的柿子品質優良,石岡市的八鄉地區從1955年起,持續向皇室進貢柿子。

이바라키현은 단감을 생산할 수 있는 북쪽 한계선으로 현남 지역을 중심으로 재배되고 있습니다. 이시오카시 야사토마치 지구에서는 1955년부터 지금까지 황실에 헌상품으로 올리고 있어 품질을 알 수 있습니다.

อิบารากิเป็นแหล่งผลิตลูกพลับหวานซึ่งอยู่ทางตอนเหนือของญี่ปุ่น มีการปลูกอย่างแพร่หลายส่วนใหญ่อยู่ทางตอนใต้ของอิบารากิ เนื่องด้วยคุณภาพที่ยอดเยี่ยม ของลูกพลับเมือง Yasato Ishioka-shi จึงได้รับความไว้วางใจให้นำถวายในพระราชวงศ์ตั้งแต่ปี 1955 จนถึงปัจจุบัน

挑选柿子时要挑柿子的整体呈现深橘色的,形状饱满的柿子。另外,柿子和葡萄一样,完全成熟的话就会带有白色果粉,尽量挑选完全成熟的柿子。

好吃的柿子整體呈現深橘色,形狀圓潤飽滿。若是跟葡萄一樣帶有白色的「果粉」,就是代表已經完全成熟,內行人都會選帶有天然果粉的柿子。

전체적으로 선명하고 짙은 주황색을 띄며 모양이 동그란 것을 고르는 것이 좋습니다. 겉이 하얀색 .또한 하얗게 가루를 분 것처럼 되어 있는 것은 포도 등과 같이 완숙한 열매에서 흔히 볼 수 있는 자연현상이므로 붙어 있는 것이 좋습니다.

The best way to remove the persimmons from the tree is using scissors to cut the stem.

虽然也有用力扭转上方果枝的采摘方式,但是还是用剪刀剪下的方式最简单实用。一手托住柿子,用剪刀剪断果枝。

雖然有些人會用向上扭轉的方式,但還是一手托住柿子,再用剪刀從蒂頭部分剪下是最簡便的。

If you leave the persimmon as it is, it will become soft in a few days. To preserve the crispy texture of persimmon, apply a tissue soaked in water to the top part of the persimmon above the leaves and put it in a plastic bag with the tissue on the bottom. The persimmon will be upside down. Then put it in the refrigerator. In this way, you can keep it crunchy for 2 to 3 weeks before eating.

将柿子采摘后放置2~3天就会变软,如果您喜欢硬柿子的话,需用湿的纸巾包住果柄处再将果柄向下装入塑料袋里冷藏保存。这样柿子就可以在2-3周内保持硬度啦。

柿子摘下後擺放2~3天就會變軟,若是喜歡吃脆口的柿子,可以用沾濕的紙巾包住蒂頭,再用塑膠袋包住然後蒂頭向下冷藏保存,如此以來,柿子可以保持脆口口感約兩三周左右。

감은 그대로 두면 2~3일 후엔 말랑말랑해지기 때문에 감을 아삭아삭 상태로 보관하려면 물을 조금 적신 휴지 등을 감 꼭지 부분에 놓고 꼭지 부분을 밑으로 하여 비닐봉지에 넣어 냉장고에 보관하면 2~3주간 아삭한 식감의 감을 즐길 수 있습니다.

หากวางลูกพลับไว้ตามปกติประมาณ 2-3 วัน ลูกพลับจะนิ่มขึ้น หากต้องการเก็บรักษาลูกพลับให้หวานกรอบ ให้นำเศษผ้าหรือกระดาษทิชชู่ชุบน้ำห่อส่วนหัวไว้ แล้วนำใส่ถุงพลาสติกโดยคว่ำส่วนหัวที่ห่อกระดาษไว้ลงด้านล่าง แล้วนำไปแช่ตู้เย็น จะคงความหวานกรอบอร่อยของลูกพลับได้ 2-3 สัปดาห์
